Please note that the serial numbers of Tasers will be registered with the Anti-Felon Identification Registration Program (AFID Registration). Before a Taser can be sent out we will do a background check on the purchaser. We offer Tasers as a protective device only. An Anti-Felon identification system comes with each Taser we sell. When the device is fired it shoots out tiny paper tags that allow law enforcement personnel to identify the owner of the Taser.
Certification of Body Armor
The National Institute of Justice has a rating system for body armor (NIJ Standard 0101.03, 0101.04 and the interim 0101.05). As you add layers of a ballistic fiber, such as DuPont Kevlar®, you add protection.
Vests are tested not just for stopping penetration, but also for blunt trauma protection – the blow suffered by the body from the bullet's impact on the vest. Blunt trauma is measured by the dent suffered by a soft clay backstop to the vest – a maximum of 1.7" (44 mm) is allowed.
NOTE: The standard NIJ test rounds are listed below – tested vests stop many other comparable rounds, and lesser threats.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
DDefective products: On most products, we will accept returns of defective
product for replacement for up to 90 days after the date of the invoice. If a
product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product
description on our web site. All returns require a return authorization number
(contact us for an RA #). Please test the product(s) before returning to us.
Many items shipped back to us as defective work fine; some after doing something
as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned to us and found to
be working the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also the item
must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be
included.
Exchanges: We will accept products back for exchange within 30 days after the
date of the invoice with a 15% exchange fee. Please note that this does not
apply to all of our products. Certain items can not be exchanged. Each product
returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on
the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its
packaging. All exchanges require a return authorization number (contact us for
